How long will fulfillment take?
Orders are normally prepared in 1–2 business days and carrier transit is estimated at 4–6 business days.
May I send back a product that I no longer want?
Yes, provided the request is made within 30 days after delivery. We accept defective and non-defective returns and exchanges. Use the free prepaid label included in the package after approval; there is no restocking fee. A non-defective item must remain new, unused, complete, and in original condition.
When is a refund sent?
After approval, we process and initiate the original-payment-method refund within 10 days. Bank posting can take longer.
Which payment cards are identified?
The footer displays Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and Maestro card marks. Checkout determines which methods are eligible for a particular purchase.
